Taktikcase sells two-way radios, radio equipment and accessories for business and personal use. Its communication catalogue brings together handheld and vehicle radios, repeaters, batteries, antennas, chargers and headsets. I designed the store, developed its template and frontend, and programmed custom modules.
The backend synchronizes products, prices and availability with supplier feeds, reducing manual catalogue maintenance. The storefront is organized around model selection and technical details, so a business equipping a team and a private buyer can use the same clear catalogue.
Design, template and frontend
A light background, mint-green navigation accents and white product cards give the store a clear visual structure. Search, category navigation and brand links keep the catalogue accessible, while each card puts the model, photograph and price together. I implemented the design in a custom store template and built the frontend layouts, alongside the store modules.
Automatic product synchronization
I configured an automated backend workflow for supplier feeds. Product data, prices and stock availability are synchronized with the supplied information, keeping the catalogue current as those feeds change. This reduces repetitive product updates and supports consistent listings across radios and accessories.
Find the right type of radio
The radio category combines brand navigation, sorting and filters for device type, frequency band and other technical parameters. Buyers can narrow the range before comparing models. The layout supports both companies choosing equipment for a team and individuals selecting a single radio or an accessory.
Product information beside the purchase
The product page separates the photographs and description from the order controls and specification table. The model, price, stock status and technical data remain close to the purchase action. Related accessories below provide a route to batteries, headsets, microphones and cables within the same catalogue.
Handover and ongoing support
My scope covered design, template development, frontend implementation, custom module programming and supplier feed automation. Ongoing support and subsequent website updates are handled by the client.
