Bicycle and accessory online store development for Velohub

Design, template and frontend

Light surfaces, mint-green accents and a clear product grid define the storefront. The catalogue menu and search provide a direct route into a wide assortment, while product cards keep photographs, prices and availability together. I implemented the design in a custom template and frontend layouts for the homepage, product pages and basket.

Automatic supplier feed processing

I configured an automated backend system to process supplier price feeds and update product prices and stock availability in the catalogue. Instead of editing each listing manually, the store uses the latest data received from suppliers. This reduces routine catalogue work and keeps pricing and availability up to date as those feeds change.

Details that help choose a bicycle

The product layout places a large photograph beside the price, remaining stock and purchase button. A structured table makes frame size, wheel diameter, materials and component specifications easy to find. The same approach supports a catalogue containing both complete bicycles and the parts needed to maintain them.

From selected items to an order

The basket brings product photographs, names, quantities and prices into one list, with the total and checkout action alongside it. A bicycle, a second bike for a child and a maintenance tool can be reviewed together before proceeding to checkout.

Handover and ongoing support

My scope covered design, template development, frontend implementation, custom module programming and supplier feed automation. Ongoing support and subsequent website updates are handled by the client.
